需提供的报关与清关材料：

1 证件复印件
A．如您是新移民、持有英国绿卡人士或使用工作签证，提供护照带相片和签证页的复印件。
B．如您是英国公民回国，需提供在国内的居住证、就业证和护照带相片和签证页的复印件。

2 英文版装箱清单
请用英文填写熙浦国际搬家专用的装箱清单，清单需写清楚每件物品的品名，并注明使用时间，如托运物品为全新，需注明物品价值。

3 海运提单
海运提单是提货凭证，提单中品名要求是显示私人物品及个人财产等字样。

4 填写customs form C3表格
此为英国海关要求在目的国填写的私人物品清关表格，此表格需您在物品到港前1星期左右填写完成后传真或扫描给我司。

英国海关对于私人物品的进口政策：

英国海关私人物品进口可以免税，但是进口者必须要在欧盟国家中居住满12个月，并且托运之物品必须是在国内使用过超过半年以上，否则会征收关税和增值税。

● Agent may charge fees for incomplete or delayed receipt of documentation.

● Duty free entry if the vehicle will not be sold or otherwise disposed of for 1 yea r after the date of importation.

● Pets must be licensed by the Animal Health department.
● Pets are quarantined upon entry into the country.
